On March 6th, 2021, the " Annual Improvement Results Presentation of Fucheng Group" was successfully held. The judges attending this presentation were: Tang Mingjie, Deputy General Manager of the Group, Miao Ruiquan, Assistant of General Manager , Yuan Xinyu, Director of the Technology Centre, Zhang Weiming, Deputy Director of the Technology Centre, Ying Yinjie, Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance Centre, Chen Ruzhen, Minister of the Finance Centre, Xia Weiguo, Minister of the Human Resources Centre and Li Zhengquan, Minister of the Engineering Department.

Starting from 2018, the Group's proposal improvement activities have been continuously implemented for three years, and the Group has completed a total of 8.37 million revenue approved in 2020, with a target achievement rate of 113%, which is very remarkable. After review and recommendation by the General Manager's Office, the proposals are as follows:

4. Subject 4: Improvement of optimization of personnel of A5H body side molding [submitted by the headquarters factory

5. Subject 5: Improvement of Hot pressing capacity [submitted by Wuhan Company

6. Subject 6: Cost reduction and improvement of mold [submitted by Mould Division

7. Subject 7: Improvement of 532 Engine cover packaging [submitted by Kaifeng].

8. Subject 8: Improvement of water blowing of mold [submitted by Shenyang Company

9. Subject 9: Improvement of quick mold change [submitted by Liuyang Company

10. Subject 10: Improvement of transportation and packaging cost of 532DCT panel [submitted by Headquarter Factory

Each publisher showed and reported on the improvement topics, and the improvement results were unanimously affirmed by the judges and the participants. The judges made in-depth comments on the topics from different angles, and also made many valuable suggestions:

Finally, Mr. Tang Mingjie, Deputy General Manager of the Group, made a brief summary of the improvement work of the Group in 2020 and put forward new requirements for the development of improvement activities in 2021. In the new year, all plants and divisions should take this as an opportunity to establish lean improvement teams, prepare improvement plans, conduct training on improvement skills and mobilise improvement activities, enthusiasm and willingness of staff to participate in, and take the Group's improvement activities to new heights!
